Tornado Watch is in effect for Upper Michigan from Marquette/Delta Counties West and Southward until 8pm/7pm Central. There is a chance of severe weather for the Upper Michigan yes and even a tornado or too. But I think the bigger tornado threat with possibly a couple EF-3 or higher tornadoes are going to be in Wisconsin south and west of Green Bay. Still be alert, especially in the Central and Western U.P.
For the day Thursday, Lower Michigan is in the severe weather threat.
As for temperatures, near 90 on Wednesday and low to mid 90s for Thursday. 80s and 90s for the north Wednesday. 70s Thursday
