New Tornado watch is in effect for Lower MI until 3am. This replaces the tornado watch that was in effect until 10pm. Line of storms off to the west will move into lower MI over the next couple of hrs. This may produce damaging winds, hail and some tornadoes. Also heavy rain is possible, causing some localized flooding
